* Manage the day-to-day publishing of the classic TV video site In2TV.com by interfacing with internal and external producers, art directors, encoders, sales teams and technical producers

* Manage freelance publishers and assist in daily creation and publishing of promotional copy, interactive features and photo galleries for AOL Television using several content management systems

* Manage all video production and encoding for the AOL Television site including daily previews, DVD video clips and full episodes of TV shows
